Cathleen Kiernan is a seasoned PR and marketing executive with 17 years of senior account management experience including publicity and integrated marketing campaigns. As owner/partner of Fish With Feet, LLC, she works with a range of clients to maximize their exposure by employing the full spectrum of marketing tactics including publicity and promotions, advertising, social media and internet communications resulting in clear
brand identity and consumer awareness.
Kiernan’s professional experience includes serving in corporate communications and government affairs positions in the casino industry as well as forming and leading
agency PR departments and full service
account management for clients in the broadcast, entertainment, hospitality, sports, and real estate and development industries.
Kiernan resides in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, with her husband and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The Richard Stockton College of NJ, and completed the Master’s Certification Program from LaSalle University in partnership with Priority Development Associates. Additionally, she has received a certification in crisis communications from the Institute of Crisis Management located in Louisville, KY.
Active in the business community she is a member of the MBCA (Metro Business and Citizens Assoc. of Atlantic City) and The Greater Atlantic City Public Relations Council. She is a member of The Greater Atlantic City GLBT (Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender) Alliance. An advocate for empowering women and children, Kiernan provides fundraising assistance and pro bono public relations services to the Boys and Girls Club of Atlantic City, where she also previously served as a member of the Board of Directors. Kiernan is a financial supporter and member of The Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) which supports the United Way of Atlantic County’s Success by 6 early childhood development program; and serves as a Women for Women International Sponsor providing financial assistance to a woman and her children, the victims of war, in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

Barbara Murphy has over 25 years of experience in public relations, community and government relations, marketing, promotions and sales. As an owner/partner of Fish With Feet, LLC, she works directly with clients from a wide range of industries in the planning, development and execution of strategies and tactics to enhance their brands. Respected for her creative ideas and energy, she has an eye for detail, a penchant for research and exploring emerging technologies.
Murphy has been an executive in both the public and private sectors. During her career, she has worked with full service marketing agencies and with broadcast, tourism, hospitality, sports and entertainment organizations.
Murphy resides in Marmora, NJ with her husband and is a graduate of Villanova University, Villanova, PA earning a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing. Additionally, she has received a certification in crisis communications from the Institute of Crisis Management located in Louisville, KY.
Murphy is an active member of the community. She is a member of the MBCA (Metro Business and Citizens Assoc. of Atlantic City) and The Greater Atlantic City Public Relations Council. She is a member and volunteer for The Greater Atlantic City GLBT (Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender) Alliance and has served as an advocate and volunteer for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) for children. She is a marketing partner with the ACCVA (Atlantic City Convention Center and Visitors Authority). Additionally she has served on the board of directors for Literacy Volunteers of America as well as the Atlantic County Mainland Chamber of Commerce. She has been a guest speaker and a panelist at The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, Galloway, NJ and at Atlantic Cape Community College, in Southern NJ.
